Breakfast Smoothie: Orange, Honeydew Melon, Peach Flavored Yoghurt
I bought a blender recently and decided to experiment with making smoothie for breakfast. There are many smoothie recipies out there on the internet. But I am inclined to use whatever that is fresh and in season from the local grocery. This morning, I tried blending 2/3 cup of naval orange, 1/3 cup of honeydew and a small cup of peach flavored yoghurt. It tastes is a bit sour - probably because the orange was sour. But I like the subtle taste of honeydew melon. It's refreshing. Next time, I'd probably put more honeydew melon than orange.
