Overseas Vote

There were some talks about overseas vote yesterday at both of the independent internet radio channels. Some Hong Kong citizens who are currently working and studying abroad said they would like to vote in this election but could not as the government has not made arrangements for that. Doing so, however, may open up a can of questions. "Can people trust the Chinese Embassy in handling their votes," the radio host at Radio-45 asked.
