Switching Between Channels

I have been watching CNN for most part of the evening. CNN has been very cautious in their projections. They wouldn't say who has won the elections and continue to speculate all kinds of possible scenarios.

Whenever I switched to BBC World in the last two hours, I would hear the news anchor ask the interviewee "if Bush wins..." At this moment, 2 am EST, "Bush is on course to retain the presidency", the new ticket on BBC World shows.
