A last.fm-like site for podcasts?

Just the other day, I was wondering if there is a last.fm like site for podcasts, where I can easily share with others the podcasts I have listened to, and discover new podcasts that suit my taste and information needs. Turns out that del.icio.us is a handy solution for some of the functions that I wanted, though mind you its user interface doesn't match up with last.fm or Odeo.com. In fact, I have been using del.icio.us for more than a year now to bookmark some of the non-music oriented podcasts that I have listened to. See: http://del.icio.us/TSalon/mp3 (RSS). It's a rather primitive solution but the most convinenient method I can think of for now, until I can find a better web application, which ideally, would allow me to automatically download or listen to a set of podcasts selected by a trusted friend.
